8 things I believe

1. The best test of a person's character is how they treat people with less power.
2. Saying smart things and giving smart answers are important. Learning to listen to others and to ask smart questions even more important.
3. Err on the side of optimism and positive energy in all things.
4. Avoid pompous jerks wherever possible. Not only will they make you fel bad about yourself, over time you may find yourself acting like one.
5. It is always good to ask yourself: do I have enough? Money, power, success, stuff?
6. The best test of a good company is how they treat people who make mistakes.
7. You get what you expect from people. This is especially true with selfish behaviors.
8. Work is overrated.
